Bill Shadid has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on sustainability, both in building products and as an architect. He has extensive experience with many sustainable building products, including building envelopes and HVAC. As an architect, Bill helped develop the world’s first integrated beamed sunlight/electric lighting system with a grant from the DOE. At Aeroseal, Bill works in business development focused on architects, engineers, contractors, and homebuilders across both the AeroBarrier building envelope sealing and Aeroseal duct sealing technologies. He helps customers understand how best to use Aeroseal’s products to deliver better buildings and homes that are more energy efficient, comfortable, healthier, and resilient, while also reducing their carbon impact.
