Ready to Register?
First, download and complete the IGSP Letter of Commitment.
To register for the Illinois Green Schools Project, download and complete the IGSP Letter of Commitment form. Your school must have identified a
Green Team Leader, or point of contact for the program, and collected
signatures from the principal, superintendent, and at least one other school stakeholder committed to participating in project work.
Returning Schools: If you have previously participated in the Illinois Green Schools Project, you must still re-complete and submit a letter of commitment each year.
Then, fill out the IGSP School Registration Form below:
The IGSP Registration form requests details about your school and its sustainability goals, and includes a file upload to submit your completed IGSP Letter of Commitment. Let us know whether you already have a project idea in mind, or if you'd like help identifying a path for your school!
Returning Schools: We welcome you to build off last year's project or create something completely new! If you'd like to keep working on the same project from last year, we ask that you plan to make meaningful updates to the design or implementation for the upcoming year. This could include expanding the project's reach, deepening student involvement, or adding new strategies or components. The updated project should clearly demonstrate growth or added impact compared to the prior year.
