Robert Ed is Darcy Solutions’ Director of Strategic Marketing, responsible for commercialization of the technology and scaling the business.  He was most recently leading strategy and marketing for an industry leading solar photovoltaic organization and has many years of experience in renewable energy and climate tech.  Robert is very passionate about solving the climate crisis and improving the economy simultaneously by deploying existing technology.  He joined Darcy to focus specifically on the challenge of decarbonizing buildings.  His educational background includes an BS in business and communications and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. 

Kevin McHugh is President Windy City Representatives and Managing Partner of Windy City Ventures, where he has helped lead the firm’s growth into one of the Midwest’s leading HVAC and building systems representatives. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise, general management, business strategy, and proven leadership to clients and partners across the region.  Kevin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
