K-12 Waste Deep Dive: Expert & Educator Case Studies

School sustainability is all about collaboration and sharing notes! We invite K-12 educators and sustainability champions to tune in to this 1.5 hour Educator Professional Development webinar to dive deep into K-12 waste reduction projects and practices that actually work. Waste reduction experts from the St. Louis Department of Public Health and Seven Generations Ahead will share important school waste diversion insights and describe the very real impacts your grassroots projects can have on the school and the environment.

Next, you'll hear from Illinois and Missouri educators across every grade level and academic discipline, as they showcase real waste reduction projects they spearheaded at their schools. They’ll explain the steps they took, mistakes they learned from, and the impacts of their work on their school and students.

K-12 Educators who tune in live can report this session for 1.5 PD or ISBE Clock Hours.
